Mommy Bootcamp: Our Signature class is an hour long workout that is fun for the whole family. Bring your baby or toddler – no childcare required! Each class includes cardio drills, strength training, and corework. This is not “just a strolling” class, you will work hard and be rewarded with results. We welcome ALL fitness levels and always show both high and low intensity modifications. MBC classes are offered throughout the week and weekend at all of our locations.
MommySTRONG: A total strength conditioning class! We all know that the best way to burn fat is to have more muscle on our body! This class focuses on proper form during all exercises. So come work your whole body and Be MommySTRONG!
MBC Saturday INSANITY: A high energy total body conditioning class offered at 9am and 10am at our Ashburn studio. We make it a family affair by letting the Dads attend for FREE … so bring Daddy along and see if he’s DaddySTRONG!
SundaySWEAT: Had a tough weekend? Finish it off with a tough workout!! This class is held every Sunday at 4pm. We invite Dads to attend as well.
Hot-Momma: This dance inspired workout will get you ready to shake what your momma gave you!! No dance experience required. Led by MBC instructor (and booty shaker) Michelle, you’re sure to have a great time and an awesome workout!
Mommy BOOTY-Camp: We’re not talkin’ about those baby booties!! We’re talking about your Glutes, AKA: da butt, junk in the trunk, baby got back…you get the picture! This hour log workout will target your glutes, legs, and core…so a guts & butts workout!! Move Over JLo!
Piloxing: An hour long cardio/core class designed to Melt That Muffin Top!! Cardio drills are alternated with core exercises. We focus on strengthening your core from the inside out with Pilates based exercises and core stabilizing moves. You will feet stronger, stand taller, and be able to button your jeans!! Muffin Top…What Muffin Top??!!
Turbo-Mom: Get ready to kick-it-up!! Taught by Shannon our MBC and Turbo-Kick Certified Instructor, this cardio kickboxing class will get you moving! Your heart will be pumping as you kick & jab your way to a healthier you!
Tabata Mama: Join us and HIIT it Hard with Tabata! What’s Tabata? It’s High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) drills to help you maximize your calorie burn. We cover cardio, strength, and core in this workout – the exercises are tough yet basic to follow.
*SPECIALTY CLASSES (*SC): These programs run in sessions and are considered small group training classes with no more than 15 moms in each class. They require a separate fee and are not included in the Mommy Bootcamp Punch Pass or Monthly Pass options. However, you do not have to be a Mommy Bootcamp Punch Pass or Monthly Member to enroll in these classes.
Early Extreme*SC: An intense workout designed to accommodate ALL fitness levels! We will motivate you to work hard and you WILL see results! Great for working moms or early-risers who want to get their workout in before the kids wake up. Classes held every MWF from 5:45am to 6:35am. Classes are held in sessions.
